Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to the Yutris mobile app and yutris.app, operated by Yutris Labs Inc.

Yutris is a habit and mission app where people post proof of what they did and follow each other. Anywhere people can post and talk to each other, someone will try to use it to harm a child. We would rather say plainly what we forbid, what we do about it, and who to contact, than leave it to be inferred.

What is prohibited

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited on Yutris without exception. That includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form; sexualised depictions of minors, whether photographic, drawn, or generated; sexualising a real child in text, including captions and comments; grooming, or any attempt to establish contact with a minor for sexual purposes; sextortion; trafficking; soliciting or offering such material; and directing anyone to it, on Yutris or elsewhere.

This applies to every surface of the app — Mission rooms, Proof posts, comments, profiles, display names, images, and any content a creator sells. It applies whether or not the person posting is a minor, and whether or not money changes hands.

A person who engages in any of the above loses their account. We do not issue warnings for this category.

Minimum age

Yutris is not for children. You must be at least 16 to create an account, except in Korea, where the minimum is 14. Where local law requires a higher age, the higher age applies. Age is collected at sign-up. When we learn that an account belongs to someone under the minimum age for their country, we delete it.

How to report

Every Proof post, comment, profile, and Mission room in the app has a report control. Choose Minor safety as the reason. You do not need to leave the app, and you do not need to be the person affected.

You can also write to yutrislabs@yutris.app. If you cannot use the app — for example because you do not have an account — email is the right route, and it reaches the same people.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In Korea that is 112. Reporting to us is not a substitute for that.

What happens after a report

Reports of minor safety are classified as critical by the server the moment they are submitted, and critical reports are placed at the front of the review queue ahead of everything else, regardless of when they arrived. This is enforced in code, not by convention.

On confirming a violation we remove the content, terminate the accounts involved, preserve the material and associated records for law enforcement rather than destroying them, and refer the matter to the competent authority. In Korea that is the Korean National Police Agency and, where applicable, the Korea Communications Standards Commission. Where the report concerns a user or content connected to the United States, we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with lawful requests from these bodies.

The person who reported is told that their report was received and closed. They are not told what action was taken against another user, because that is not theirs to know.

What we do before a report

Text submitted to Yutris — Mission titles, descriptions, weekly programme content, and creator kit listings — is screened against a maintained rule set when it is saved, and content that matches is held for human review before it can be published or sold. Users can block one another, and a block is honoured in both directions everywhere a room can be joined, including by invitation code. None of this replaces reporting, and we do not claim it catches everything.

Yutris는 각자 한 일을 인증으로 올리고 서로를 지켜보는 습관·미션 앱입니다. 사람들이 글을 올리고 서로 말을 걸 수 있는 곳이라면 어디서든 아동을 해치려는 시도가 있습니다. 무엇을 금지하는지, 어떻게 처리하는지, 누구에게 연락해야 하는지를 짐작하게 두지 않고 분명히 적습니다.

금지하는 것

아동 성 착취·학대(CSAE)는 Yutris에서 예외 없이 금지됩니다. 형태를 불문한 아동 성 착취물(CSAM), 사진·그림·생성물을 가리지 않는 미성년자의 성적 묘사, 캡션과 댓글을 포함해 실제 아동을 성적 대상으로 삼는 글, 성적 목적의 접근(그루밍) 시도, 성 착취 협박, 인신매매, 그러한 자료의 요청·제공, 그리고 Yutris 안이든 밖이든 그런 자료로 사람을 안내하는 행위가 모두 포함됩니다.

미션 방, 인증 글, 댓글, 프로필, 표시 이름, 이미지, 크리에이터가 판매하는 모든 콘텐츠까지 앱의 모든 면에 적용됩니다. 올린 사람이 미성년자인지 여부, 금전이 오갔는지 여부와 무관하게 적용됩니다.

위 행위를 한 사람은 계정을 잃습니다. 이 항목에 대해서는 경고하지 않습니다.

최소 연령

Yutris는 아동을 위한 서비스가 아닙니다. 계정을 만들려면 만 16세 이상이어야 하며, 한국은 만 14세입니다. 거주 국가의 법이 더 높은 연령을 요구하면 그 연령을 따릅니다. 가입 시 연령을 확인합니다. 해당 국가의 최소 연령 미만 계정임을 알게 되면 삭제합니다.

신고하는 방법

앱의 모든 인증 글, 댓글, 프로필, 미션 방에 신고 버튼이 있습니다. 사유에서 미성년자 안전을 고르시면 됩니다. 앱을 벗어날 필요가 없고, 피해 당사자가 아니어도 됩니다.

yutrislabs@yutris.app 로 알려주셔도 됩니다. 계정이 없는 등 앱을 쓸 수 없는 상황이라면 이메일이 맞는 경로이며, 같은 사람에게 전달됩니다.

아동이 즉각적인 위험에 처해 있다면 먼저 긴급 신고를 해주세요. 한국에서는 112입니다. 저희에게 알리는 것이 그것을 대신하지 않습니다.

신고 이후

미성년자 안전 신고는 접수되는 순간 서버가 위급 건으로 분류하며, 위급 건은 접수 시각과 무관하게 검토 대기열의 맨 앞에 놓입니다. 관행이 아니라 코드로 강제됩니다.

위반이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하고, 관련 계정을 종료하며, 자료와 기록을 폐기하지 않고 수사기관을 위해 보존한 뒤, 관할 기관에 신고합니다. 한국에서는 경찰청과 필요한 경우 방송통신심의위원회입니다. 미국과 연결된 이용자나 콘텐츠에 관한 건은 미국 실종·착취 아동 방지 센터(NCMEC)에 신고합니다. 이들 기관의 적법한 요청에 협조합니다.

신고하신 분께는 접수와 종결 사실을 알려드립니다. 다른 이용자에게 어떤 조치가 내려졌는지는 알려드리지 않습니다. 그것은 신고자가 알 일이 아니기 때문입니다.

신고 전에 하는 것

Yutris에 저장되는 글 — 미션 제목과 설명, 주차별 프로그램 내용, 크리에이터 키트 정보 — 은 저장 시점에 관리되는 규칙 목록으로 검사하며, 걸린 내용은 공개·판매 전에 사람이 검토할 때까지 보류됩니다. 이용자끼리 차단할 수 있고, 차단은 초대 코드를 포함해 방에 들어올 수 있는 모든 경로에서 양방향으로 적용됩니다. 이것이 신고를 대신하지는 않으며, 모든 것을 잡아낸다고 말하지 않습니다.
