This policy explains what Yutris collects, why, and what you can do about it. Yutris is a mission and proof network: you join missions, upload proof of what you did, and build a record over time. Most of what we hold is what you deliberately created.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use special-category data (health, biometrics, beliefs, precise location) for targeting.
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
- Performance of a contract — running your account, publishing the proof you chose to publish, operating missions you joined, and delivering purchases.
- Legitimate interests — keeping the service secure, preventing abuse, and understanding aggregate usage. You can object; see “Your choices”.
- Consent — push notifications, and any optional feature we present as opt-in. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and responses to lawful requests.
Who can see what you post
Every proof has a visibility you choose at upload: public, room-only, participants-only, or private. We enforce that choice on the server, not only in the app. Changing a post’s visibility applies going forward; it cannot recall a copy someone already saved outside Yutris.
Who we share with
- Infrastructure providers that host the database, file storage, and delivery for us, acting on our instructions.
- App stores for purchase verification, when you buy something.
- Authorities where we are legally required, and to protect people from imminent harm.
Our processors are bound by contract to use your data only to provide the service to us.
International transfers
Yutris is available worldwide and our infrastructure may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Children
Yutris is not intended for children below the minimum age for an account: 16, except in Korea, where it is 14. Where local law requires a higher age, the higher age applies. We ask for age at sign-up. If we learn that an account belongs to someone below the applicable age, we remove it.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from inside the app, and you can delete your account at yutris.app/delete-account. Depending on where you live you may also object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. We answer requests within 30 days. You may complain to your supervisory authority — in Korea, the Personal Information Protection Commission.
When you delete your account we remove your profile, proofs, participation and social records. We keep what we are legally required to keep — payment records for the statutory period, and safety and enforcement records where retention is necessary to protect others.
Security
Access to your data is enforced at the database layer, not only in the app. Media is served through expiring signed links rather than permanent public URLs. We restrict staff access and log administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Changes
We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify you in the app before they take effect.

당사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 건강·생체·신념·정밀 위치 등 민감정보를 광고 타게팅에 이용하지 않습니다.
공개 범위
모든 Proof는 업로드 시 이용자가 공개 범위를 선택합니다(전체 공개, 방 공개, 참여자 전용, 나만 보기). 이 선택은 앱이 아니라 서버에서 강제됩니다. 공개 범위 변경은 변경 이후부터 적용되며, 이미 외부에 저장된 사본까지 회수할 수는 없습니다.
제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
- 데이터베이스·파일 저장·전송을 담당하는 인프라 제공자. 당사의 지시에 따라서만 처리합니다.
- 유료 이용 시 결제 검증을 위한 앱 스토어.
- 법령상 의무가 있거나 급박한 위해를 방지하기 위한 수사기관·감독기관.
국외 이전
Yutris는 전 세계에 제공되며 인프라가 이용자 국가 외에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. EEA·영국 밖으로 이전되는 경우 표준계약조항(SCC) 또는 적정성 결정에 근거합니다.
아동
Yutris는 최소 연령 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 계정을 만들 수 있는 최소 연령은 만 16세이며, 한국은 만 14세입니다. 거주 국가의 법이 더 높은 연령을 요구하면 그 연령을 따릅니다. 가입 시 연령을 확인하며, 최소 연령 미만 계정을 인지하면 삭제합니다.
정보주체의 권리
앱 안에서 열람·정정·내보내기·삭제를 할 수 있고, yutris.app/delete-account에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 거주 지역에 따라 처리 정지와 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. 요청은 30일 이내에 처리합니다. 개인정보 침해에 대해서는 개인정보보호위원회 및 개인정보 침해신고센터(privacy.go.kr, 국번없이 118)에 신고할 수 있습니다.
계정을 삭제하면 프로필, Proof, 참여 기록, 소셜 관계를 삭제합니다. 다만 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 결제 기록과, 다른 이용자 보호를 위해 필요한 신고·조치 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
안전성 확보 조치
데이터 접근 권한은 앱이 아니라 데이터베이스 계층에서 강제됩니다. 미디어는 영구 공개 URL이 아니라 만료되는 서명 링크로 제공됩니다. 직원 접근을 제한하고 관리자 행위를 기록합니다. 완전한 보안은 없으며, 유출이 발생하면 관계 법령에 따라 이용자와 감독기관에 통지합니다.
개정
변경 사항은 이 페이지에 게시하며, 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 앱에서 알립니다.
