Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Yutris Labs Inc. for the Yutris app and yutris.app. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Yutris.

What Yutris is

Yutris is a network built around missions and proof. Creators and communities publish missions; you join them, do the thing, and upload proof. Your completed actions accumulate into a personal record. Yutris does not verify that any proof is truthful, and a mission being available on Yutris is not an endorsement of it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to create an account, except in Korea, where the minimum is 14. Where local law requires a higher age, the higher age applies. If you use Yutris on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time at yutris.app/delete-account or in the app.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Yutris a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content only to the audience you selected and only to operate, secure and improve the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must retain for backup, safety or legal reasons for a limited period.

You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, including the rights of anyone appearing in your photos.

What you may not do

• Upload content that is unlawful, sexual content involving minors, or that incites violence or hatred
• Submit proof you did not create, or misrepresent what you did
• Harass, impersonate, or expose another person’s private information
• Automate access, scrape, or otherwise place unreasonable load on the service
• Attempt to defeat access controls, security, or payment verification
• Use Yutris to promote schemes that require payment to participate, unless it is an approved paid mission

Missions and creators

A mission is between the creator and the participants. Yutris provides the platform, moderation tooling, and — where the mission is paid — the payment rail. Yutris is not a party to what a creator promises. Creators must comply with the Creator Policy.

Paid missions and purchases

Purchases are processed by the app store you bought through, and the store’s own terms apply to the transaction. Access is granted only after the store confirms the purchase to our servers. Refunds follow the Refunds Policy and the store’s rules; where consumer law gives you a stronger right, that law prevails.

Advertising

Some placements are paid. Paid placements are labelled as such and are kept separate from organic ranking. Advertisers must comply with the Advertiser Policy.

Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content or restrict an account where these terms or the law are broken, or to protect people from harm. Where we act against your content or account we will tell you what was affected and why, and give you a way to appeal, except where telling you would be unlawful or would frustrate an investigation.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to give notice of material changes that reduce what you get. The service is provided as-is; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability is determined by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop at any time. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breach, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature survive — content licence for retained copies, liability, and governing law — survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the courts determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory law in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings where you live.

본 약관은 주식회사 유트리스 랩스와 이용자 사이에 Yutris 앱 및 yutris.app 이용에 관하여 체결되는 계약입니다. 계정을 생성하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

서비스의 성격

Yutris는 미션과 Proof를 중심으로 하는 네트워크입니다. 크리에이터와 커뮤니티가 미션을 열고, 이용자가 참여해 직접 수행한 내용을 Proof로 올리며, 완료한 행동이 개인 기록으로 쌓입니다. 당사는 Proof의 진위를 보증하지 않으며, 미션이 게시되어 있다는 사실이 그 미션에 대한 보증을 의미하지 않습니다.

이용 자격

계정을 만들려면 만 16세 이상이어야 하며, 한국은 만 14세입니다. 거주 국가의 법이 더 높은 연령을 요구하면 그 연령을 따릅니다. 법인을 대리해 이용하는 경우 그 권한이 있음을 확인한 것으로 봅니다.

계정

인증 정보를 안전하게 관리하고, 무단 접근이 의심되면 즉시 알려야 합니다. 계정에서 이루어진 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 계정은 언제든 yutris.app/delete-account 또는 앱에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.

이용자 콘텐츠

게시물의 저작권은 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 당사에 대하여 해당 콘텐츠를 이용자가 선택한 공개 범위 내에서만, 서비스의 운영·보호·개선을 위하여 저장·복제·전송·표시할 수 있는 전 세계적·비독점적·무상의 이용을 허락합니다. 이 허락은 콘텐츠 삭제 시 종료되며, 백업·안전·법령상 보관이 필요한 사본에 한하여 제한된 기간 존속합니다.

업로드하는 콘텐츠에 대한 권리(사진에 등장하는 사람의 권리 포함)를 보유하고 있음을 확인해야 합니다.

금지 행위

• 위법한 콘텐츠, 아동을 성적으로 대상화하는 콘텐츠, 폭력·혐오를 선동하는 콘텐츠 게시
• 직접 수행하지 않은 Proof 제출, 수행 내용의 허위 표시
• 괴롭힘, 사칭, 타인의 사생활 정보 노출
• 자동화 접근, 크롤링, 서비스에 과도한 부하를 주는 행위
• 접근 통제·보안·결제 검증의 우회 시도
• 승인된 유료 미션이 아닌, 참가비를 요구하는 방식의 홍보

미션과 크리에이터

미션은 크리에이터와 참여자 사이의 관계입니다. 당사는 플랫폼과 신고·심사 도구, 유료 미션의 경우 결제 수단을 제공합니다. 크리에이터가 참여자에게 약속한 내용의 당사자는 당사가 아닙니다. 크리에이터는 크리에이터 정책을 준수해야 합니다.

유료 미션과 결제

결제는 구매한 앱 스토어를 통해 처리되며 해당 스토어의 약관이 적용됩니다. 이용 권한은 스토어가 당사 서버에 구매를 확인한 후에 부여됩니다. 환불은 환불 정책과 스토어 규정에 따르며, 소비자 관련 법령이 더 강한 권리를 부여하는 경우 그 법령이 우선합니다.

광고

일부 노출은 유료입니다. 유료 노출은 그 사실을 표시하며 자연 노출 순위와 분리하여 운영합니다. 광고주는 광고주 정책을 준수해야 합니다.

신고 처리와 조치

본 약관이나 법령을 위반하거나 타인에게 해가 되는 경우 콘텐츠를 삭제하거나 계정을 제한할 수 있습니다. 조치를 하는 경우 대상과 사유를 알리고 이의제기 수단을 제공합니다. 다만 통지가 법령에 위반되거나 조사를 방해하는 경우는 예외입니다.

서비스 변경

기능을 변경·중단할 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 사전에 알리도록 노력합니다. 서비스는 현 상태로 제공되며 중단이나 오류가 없음을 보증하지 않습니다.

책임의 제한

법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임(고의·중과실, 생명·신체 침해 등)은 제한되지 않습니다. 그 밖의 책임에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따릅니다.

계약의 종료

이용자는 언제든 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 당사는 중대하거나 반복적인 위반, 또는 법령상 요구가 있는 경우 계정을 정지하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 성질상 존속하여야 하는 조항(보관 사본에 대한 이용 허락, 책임 제한, 준거법)은 종료 후에도 효력을 유지합니다.

준거법과 관할

본 약관은 대한민국 법에 따르고, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 법원을 관할로 합니다. 이용자가 소비자인 경우 거주국의 강행규정에 따른 보호가 배제되지 않으며 거주지 법원에 제소할 수 있습니다.
