This policy covers who owns what on Yutris, the permission you give us so the product can work, and how to report material that infringes your rights. It sits alongside the Terms of Service.

Your content stays yours

You own the Proof, Missions, captions, and profile material you create. Nothing here transfers ownership to us, and ending your account does not change who owns what you made.

The permission you give us

To run the product we need a licence — otherwise we could not legally show your Proof to the people you chose to show it to. You grant Yutris a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, and distribute your content, limited to operating, securing, and improving Yutris.

Two limits matter. The licence follows the visibility you chose. If a Proof is visible only to participants of a Mission, the licence does not let us publish it more widely. Change the visibility and the permitted scope changes with it. The licence ends when the content does — when you delete it or delete your account, subject to the removal timelines in the Privacy Policy.

Two consequences persist after deletion, because they cannot technically be undone. Copies already saved to another participant's Passport for a Mission you both took part in remain in that record. And back-ups and logs age out on their own retention cycle rather than instantly.

We do not sell your content, and we do not license it to advertisers. If we ever want to feature your work in marketing outside the product, we ask you first.

Using someone else's material

Only submit material you made or have the rights to. That includes music, film and television clips, photographs, artwork, fonts, and brand logos. "It was already on the internet" is not a right, and neither is crediting the author.

A Mission you complete does not give you rights to the creator's Mission text, structure, or brand, and completing someone's Mission does not make their material yours.

Reporting infringement

If material on Yutris infringes your copyright, send us a notice at yutrislabs@yutris.app containing: your contact details; identification of the work you own; the exact location on Yutris of the material you say infringes it; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your signature, electronic or physical.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, notify the person who posted it, and record the strike against their account. Do not send a notice for material you do not own the rights to — in some jurisdictions a knowingly false notice carries liability for the resulting damages.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that the use was permitted — a licence, fair use, fair dealing, or quotation — you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.

We forward valid counter-notices to the complainant. If they do not tell us within 14 business days that they have filed an action seeking to restrain the use, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated. We count valid, unretracted notices, and we take account of counter-notices that go uncontested.

Trademarks

Yutris, the Yutris logo, and the product names used in the app are our marks. You may refer to Yutris to describe your participation on it. You may not use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with you, and you may not use them in your own account name, logo, or product name.

To report trademark misuse, write to yutrislabs@yutris.app with the registration details of your mark and the location of the material.

이 정책은 Yutris에서 무엇을 누가 소유하는지, 제품 운영을 위해 이용자가 당사에 부여하는 이용 허락의 범위, 그리고 권리 침해를 신고하는 방법을 정합니다. 이용약관과 함께 적용됩니다.

콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다

이용자가 만든 Proof, Mission, 설명, 프로필 자료의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 이 정책은 그 권리를 당사에 이전하지 않으며, 계정을 종료해도 창작물의 귀속은 달라지지 않습니다.

이용자가 부여하는 이용 허락

제품을 운영하려면 이용 허락이 필요합니다. 그것이 없으면 이용자가 보여주기로 선택한 사람들에게 Proof를 표시하는 것조차 적법하게 할 수 없습니다. 이용자는 Yutris에 대하여 콘텐츠를 저장·복제·표시를 위한 변환·전송할 수 있는 전 세계적, 비독점적, 무상의 이용 허락을 부여하며, 그 목적은 Yutris의 운영·보안·개선에 한정됩니다.

두 가지 제한이 중요합니다. 이용 허락의 범위는 이용자가 선택한 공개 범위를 따릅니다. 특정 Mission의 참여자에게만 공개된 Proof에 대해서는 그보다 넓게 공개할 권한이 없습니다. 공개 범위를 바꾸면 허용 범위도 함께 바뀝니다. 콘텐츠가 사라지면 이용 허락도 종료됩니다. 콘텐츠 또는 계정을 삭제하면 개인정보처리방침에 정한 삭제 일정에 따라 종료됩니다.

다만 기술적으로 되돌릴 수 없는 두 가지는 삭제 이후에도 남습니다. 함께 참여한 Mission에 대해 다른 참여자의 Passport에 이미 기록된 사본은 그 기록에 남습니다. 백업과 로그는 즉시 소멸하지 않고 각자의 보관 주기에 따라 폐기됩니다.

당사는 이용자의 콘텐츠를 판매하지 않으며 광고주에게 이용을 허락하지 않습니다. 제품 외부의 마케팅에 이용자의 창작물을 사용하고자 하는 경우에는 사전에 동의를 구합니다.

타인의 자료 이용

직접 만들었거나 권리를 보유한 자료만 제출하십시오. 음원, 영화·방송 영상, 사진, 그림, 서체, 브랜드 로고가 모두 포함됩니다. "이미 인터넷에 있었다"는 것은 권리가 아니며, 출처를 표시했다는 것도 권리가 아닙니다.

어떤 Mission을 완료했다고 해서 그 크리에이터의 Mission 문안·구성·브랜드에 대한 권리를 얻는 것은 아닙니다.

침해 신고

Yutris의 자료가 저작권을 침해한다면 yutrislabs@yutris.app로 다음을 포함한 통지를 보내주십시오. 연락처, 권리를 보유한 저작물의 특정, 침해한다고 주장하는 자료의 Yutris 내 정확한 위치, 그 이용이 권리자·대리인 또는 법률에 의해 허락되지 않았다고 선의로 믿는다는 진술, 기재 내용이 정확하며 본인이 권리자이거나 권리자를 위하여 행위할 권한이 있다는 진술, 그리고 전자적 또는 자필 서명.

유효한 통지의 대상이 된 자료는 삭제하거나 접근을 차단하고, 게시자에게 통지하며, 해당 계정에 위반 이력을 기록합니다. 권리를 보유하지 않은 자료에 대해서는 통지하지 마십시오. 일부 국가에서는 허위임을 알면서 한 통지에 대해 그로 인한 손해의 배상책임이 발생합니다.

이의 통지

자료가 삭제되었으나 착오이거나 이용이 허용된 경우 — 이용 허락, 공정이용, 인용 등 — 같은 주소로 이의 통지를 보낼 수 있습니다. 연락처, 삭제된 자료와 그 게시 위치의 특정, 착오 또는 오인으로 삭제되었다고 선의로 믿는다는 진술을 포함해야 합니다.

유효한 이의 통지는 신고인에게 전달합니다. 신고인이 14 영업일 이내에 해당 이용의 금지를 구하는 절차를 개시했다는 사실을 알리지 않으면 자료를 복원할 수 있습니다.

반복 침해

반복적으로 침해하는 계정은 종료합니다. 철회되지 않은 유효한 통지를 기준으로 산정하며, 다투어지지 않은 이의 통지를 반영합니다.

상표

Yutris, Yutris 로고, 앱에서 사용하는 제품 명칭은 당사의 표장입니다. 자신의 Yutris 이용 사실을 설명하기 위해 Yutris를 언급할 수 있습니다. 당사가 이용자를 추천·후원하거나 이용자와 제휴 관계에 있는 것처럼 오인하게 하는 방식으로 사용할 수 없으며, 계정명·로고·제품명에 사용할 수 없습니다.

상표 오용 신고는 yutrislabs@yutris.app로 상표 등록 사항과 해당 자료의 위치를 기재하여 보내주십시오.
