Creator Policy

This policy applies to everyone who publishes a Mission, runs a Creator Channel, or earns money on Yutris. It sits alongside the Terms of Service; where the two overlap, this policy is the more specific rule.
Who can be a creator
Any account in good standing can create a free Mission. Earning money requires two separate approvals, and passing one does not grant the other.

We may withdraw either approval if the basis for it changes. Approval is not a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
What a Mission may ask for
A Mission asks participants to do something and submit Proof. What you may ask for is bounded by the safety of the person doing it.
You may not publish a Mission that requires or rewards: physical risk to the participant or others; anything unlawful in the participant's country; contact with, or content involving, people who have not consented; sexual content; harassment of a named person or group; the purchase of a specific product as a condition of completion unless the Mission is disclosed as sponsored; or the submission of identity documents, financial details, or other sensitive personal data as Proof.
Missions aimed at minors, or that a minor could reasonably complete, are held to a stricter standard. Do not design a Mission whose completion requires a minor to be filmed, to meet someone, or to disclose where they are.
Proof must be real
Yutris is a record of things people actually did. That record is the product, so authenticity is not a style preference here — it is the rule the platform is built on.
Do not submit, solicit, or approve Proof that was not produced by the participant for that Mission. Reposted media, stock footage, another person's work, or output generated to look like a completed attempt are all violations, whether or not anyone paid for it. If a Mission permits generated or edited media as part of the task itself, that must be stated in the Mission description.
Do not run schemes that manufacture completion — reciprocal completion rings, paid completions, or multiple accounts controlled by one person.
Disclosure
If a Mission is paid for, sponsored, gifted, or otherwise compensated by a third party, it must be disclosed in the Mission itself, not only in a profile or an external post. Disclosure must be visible before a participant joins. Where local advertising law requires a specific wording or label, that wording governs.
Payment, fees, and payouts
Purchases inside the mobile app are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their rules, and the store's fee applies before anything reaches you. Yutris additionally retains a platform fee, stated in the creator portal at the time you publish a Paid Mission; the rate in effect when the sale occurs governs that sale.
Payouts are made to a verified payout method, on the schedule and above the minimum threshold shown in the portal. We may hold a payout while a chargeback, refund window, fraud review, or safety case affecting that revenue is open. You are responsible for your own taxes, and for giving us the tax information a payout legally requires.
Refunds to participants follow the Refund Policy. A refunded sale is reversed against your balance.
Your content and ours
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant Yutris the licence described in the Intellectual Property Policy so that it can be displayed, ranked, and preserved in participants' Passports. Do not publish material you do not have the rights to, including music, footage, and brand assets.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and repetition, we may remove a Mission, reject Proof, suspend monetization, withhold or reverse a payout, restrict an account, or terminate it. We aim to act on the narrowest measure that resolves the problem.
You will be told what was actioned and on what basis, except where telling you would obstruct a legal obligation or a live safety investigation. You may appeal through the in-app safety flow, and an appeal is reviewed by someone who did not make the original decision.
Payments that came from fraud, manufactured completion, or content we were required to remove may be reversed after payout.
Changes
We post changes on this page. Changes that materially affect earnings or obligations take effect no earlier than 30 days after they are posted, except where a shorter period is required by law or by an urgent safety or legal risk.

이 방침은 Mission을 게시하거나 Creator Channel을 운영하거나 Yutris에서 수익을 얻는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다. 이용약관과 함께 적용되며, 두 문서가 겹치는 부분에서는 이 방침이 더 구체적인 규칙으로 우선합니다.
크리에이터 자격
정상 상태의 계정은 누구나 무료 Mission을 만들 수 있습니다. 수익 창출에는 서로 다른 두 개의 승인이 필요하며, 하나를 통과했다고 다른 하나가 자동으로 승인되지 않습니다.

승인의 전제가 달라지면 어느 쪽이든 철회할 수 있습니다. 승인은 제휴·고용·대리 관계를 형성하지 않습니다.
Mission이 요구할 수 있는 것
Mission은 참여자에게 어떤 행동을 하고 Proof를 제출하도록 요구합니다. 요구할 수 있는 범위는 그 행동을 하는 사람의 안전으로 제한됩니다.
다음을 요구하거나 보상하는 Mission은 게시할 수 없습니다. 참여자 또는 타인에게 신체적 위험을 초래하는 행위, 참여자 국가에서 위법인 행위, 동의하지 않은 사람과의 접촉이나 그 사람이 등장하는 콘텐츠, 성적 콘텐츠, 특정 개인이나 집단에 대한 괴롭힘, 후원 사실을 고지하지 않은 채 특정 상품 구매를 완료 조건으로 삼는 것, 신분증·금융정보 등 민감한 개인정보를 Proof로 제출하게 하는 것.
미성년자를 대상으로 하거나 미성년자가 수행할 수 있는 Mission에는 더 엄격한 기준이 적용됩니다. 미성년자가 촬영되어야 하거나, 누군가를 직접 만나야 하거나, 자신의 위치를 밝혀야 완료되는 Mission은 설계하지 마십시오.
Proof는 실제여야 합니다
Yutris는 사람들이 실제로 한 일의 기록입니다. 그 기록 자체가 제품이므로, 진정성은 취향의 문제가 아니라 플랫폼이 성립하는 조건입니다.
참여자가 해당 Mission을 위해 직접 만들지 않은 Proof를 제출하거나, 요구하거나, 승인하지 마십시오. 다른 곳에서 가져온 게시물, 스톡 영상, 타인의 결과물, 완료한 것처럼 보이도록 생성된 결과물은 대가 지급 여부와 무관하게 위반입니다. 생성·편집 매체가 과제의 일부로 허용되는 Mission이라면 그 사실을 Mission 설명에 명시해야 합니다.
완료를 인위적으로 만들어내는 행위 — 상호 완료 조직, 대가를 지급한 완료, 한 사람이 지배하는 복수 계정 — 는 금지됩니다.
고지
대가를 받았거나 후원·협찬을 받은 Mission은 프로필이나 외부 게시물이 아니라 Mission 자체에 그 사실을 고지해야 하며, 참여자가 참여하기 전에 보여야 합니다. 관련 광고 법령이 특정 문구나 표시를 요구하는 경우 그 문구가 우선합니다.
결제·수수료·정산
모바일 앱 내 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 각자의 규정에 따라 처리하며, 스토어 수수료가 먼저 차감됩니다. Yutris는 별도의 플랫폼 수수료를 공제하며, 요율은 유료 Mission 게시 시점에 크리에이터 포털에 표시됩니다. 각 판매에는 판매 시점에 유효한 요율이 적용됩니다.
정산은 확인된 정산 수단으로, 포털에 표시된 주기와 최소 지급 기준에 따라 이루어집니다. 해당 수익과 관련된 지급 취소, 환불 기간, 부정 이용 조사, 안전 사건이 진행 중인 동안에는 정산을 보류할 수 있습니다. 세금 신고·납부는 이용자의 책임이며, 정산에 법적으로 필요한 세무 정보를 제공해야 합니다.
참여자에 대한 환불은 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 환불된 판매는 잔액에서 차감됩니다.
콘텐츠의 권리
창작물의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 참여자의 Passport에 표시·보존될 수 있도록 지식재산권 정책에 정한 이용 허락을 Yutris에 부여합니다. 음원, 영상, 브랜드 자산을 포함해 권리가 없는 자료는 게시하지 마십시오.
제재
중대성과 반복성에 따라 Mission 삭제, Proof 거부, 수익화 정지, 정산 보류·회수, 계정 이용 제한 또는 종료 조치를 할 수 있습니다. 문제를 해결하는 가장 좁은 조치를 우선합니다.
법적 의무나 진행 중인 안전 조사를 방해하는 경우를 제외하고, 어떤 조치를 어떤 근거로 했는지 통지합니다. 앱 내 절차로 이의를 제기할 수 있으며, 이의는 최초 결정을 하지 않은 담당자가 검토합니다.
부정 이용, 인위적 완료, 삭제 의무가 있는 콘텐츠에서 발생한 지급액은 정산 이후에도 회수될 수 있습니다.
개정
변경 사항은 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 수익이나 의무에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 게시 후 30일이 지난 뒤에 시행합니다. 다만 법령이 더 짧은 기간을 요구하거나 긴급한 안전·법적 위험이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.
